Nestled in the heart of Pimlico’s Newson’s Yard, The Wildflowers Restaurant is a beautifully curated space blending cuisine with a beautiful interior.  

Spread across two floors, the venue is designed to offer a unique dining experience—an intimate, ground-floor restaurant paired with a sophisticated wine bar upstairs.  

A Visionary Chef 

The culinary artistry behind Wildflowers is led by renowned chef Aaron Potter. Formerly the Executive Chef at Maria G’s and Head Chef at Elystan Street. Praised by Elystan Street’s Phil Howard as a “truly great craftsman,” his menu at Wildflowers delivers a Mediterranean-inspired experience with global influences. 

An Interior Designed 

Co-founder Laura Hart, an accomplished interior stylist, envisioned a space with an understated luxury look and feel. In collaboration with StudioFound this vision was brought to life through meticulous attention to detail resulting in a restaurant and bar which feel intimate, stylish, and inviting.

A Statement Feature Ebony Costato

Taking inspiration from the vibrant cicchetti and pintxos bars of Italy and Spain, the heart of the wine bar’s design is the Ebony Costato veneer from Havwoods' Elegante range—a striking choice that enhances the space with its rich, dark tones. 

The deep, luxurious finish of Ebony Costato provides warmth and texture, shaping an unforgettable dining environment.
