We pride ourselves on our expertise in hard wood flooring and specialise in the design and installation of engineered, solid wood and laminated wood floors. We have extensive experience of working with all major flooring brands including Junkers, Boen, Kahrs, Havwoods,Tedd Todd, Woodpecker and Quickstep and can supply and fit all leading brands. In addition to installing wooden floors we can also restore original wood flooring using the latest technologies to reduce dust and restore floors to their original finish.
Additionally we can offer an extensive library of carpets to fit your every need whether wool or manmade including, stain safe, natural weaves, statement stripes, stair rods and runners, from leading manufacturers including Westex, Axminster, Alternative Flooring and Crucial Trading. We can also design, supply and install luxury vinyl including Amtico, Spacia and Karndean .

"Andy was friendly and helpful from the get go when we contacted him for a quote to do our flooring- he came to our house at a time to suit us, bought samples and ideas for us to consider, and spent a lot of time chatting through the options with us. We decided on an engineered oak flooring for 2 adjoining rooms in our house, which he sourced and fitted beautifully, in a herringbone pattern with a border. He helped us make decisions with a coir matting and edging, and was swift and efficient at fitting the floors when the time came. He also did a smaller dormer room in a Quickstep flooring for us, which looks great too.

Fitting a wood floor is a highly skilled and specialised task. Site conditions are important and the subfloor is crucial, as are temperature and humidity. Planks may be installed floating over a subfloor, bonded or nailed down to the subfloor depending upon the chosen timber; chevron and herringbone patterns are even more complex, as are stairs. Then, of course, there’s the importance of protecting the floor whilst others are working on site, professional cleaning and maintenance programmes. All these elements are covered in three individual training courses, aimed at experienced fitters.
