At San Francisco’s dynamic Mission Rock development, Tishman Speyer has reimagined the future of flexible working. Set within two residential towers that opened in 2024, the co-working and amenity spaces were designed by Michaelis Boyd to support focus, movement, and connection in equal measure.  Havwoods was selected to supply flooring that would complement the architectural vision while meeting the demands of a high traffic commercial environment. The result is a series of restorative public spaces defined by refined Italian design, enduring performance, and responsible material sourcing.
