The Hauses at Arthaus offer a refined expression of contemporary residential design in the center of Philadelphia. Created by KPF, the interiors are defined by expansive windows, dramatic ceiling heights, and an abundance of natural light. With a clean and modern architectural language, the residences were designed to feel open, bright, and effortlessly sophisticated.

A 3-bedroom semi-detached Edwardian home underwent a full renovation working with interior design studio, Studio Skey.  

Smart Design Studio took on the challenge of delivering daylight in the city through the clever restoration and transformation of a 9-story heritage listed sandstone building into a light-filled, functional and award-winning workplace design.

For the New York expansion of Barking Owl Studios, Havwoods’ Relevance50 was selected to bring warmth and character to a contemporary creative workspace. Used in both chevron (HW3433) and plank (HW926) formats, the flooring creates a cohesive foundation across the lounge and recording spaces while allowing each area to establish its own distinct identity.

Situated in a cul-de-sac in the heart of Notting Hill, Clanricarde Gardens is a striking two-bedroom apartment that combines period charm and contemporary functionality. The brief for the renovation involved modernising the property with high-quality materials, whilst enhancing the original period features, such as the high ceilings and beautiful bay windows. 

Passionate about designing complete and immersive experience, Megan Sherwood takes pride in her interiors that captivate the eye, evoke emotions, but also create a sense of belonging. 

Located right up on the headland of Sydney's stunning beachside suburb of Freshwater, this newly built home required an equally stunning interior design scheme that also  addressed the need for functional and hardwearing materials to suit both oceanfront living and a young family. Located in the beautiful northern suburb of Mosman in Sydney, this freestanding period home underwent an update designed to make use of the minimal natural light available, while incorporating a balance of warmth and elegance.

Bordering the Highbury Fields Conservation Area, this mid-terraced house in Islington recently underwent an impressive extension to create a new third floor loft space, creating a spacious study, playroom and small guest bathroom. 

Dimension Data’s new premises were designed to cement the company’s presence in the UK market with a strategic hub in the capital.

Designers Gordon-Duff and Linton decided to use our Venture Plank Relevance50 here, choosing the character grade plank throughout the lower levels and prime grade Relevance50 in the penthouses.

Located within the Dungeness Estate, the starkly beautiful, almost surreal headland which is both a national nature reserve and home to a nuclear power station, Pobble House’s distinctive exterior is testimony to it’s architect, Guy Hollaway, and the planning regulations.

The linear layout of this barn conversion concept creates a series of interlocking spaces that both expand and constrict, and the style is clean and uncluttered with a restricted, neutral colour palette. The modern farmhouse aesthetic is complete with the mixture of clean white balanced with warm wood and texture.
