Douglas Fir is functional for more than Christmas trees
This evergreen conifer is one the most abundant and hard-wearing softwood. Its natural beauty is emphasized during a time-worn process which draws out the color in the grain, offering a truly stunning Scandinavian style flooring option.
Sometimes size is everything
Ever wondered what the limits are for engineered wood flooring? Well at Havwoods, there are no limits. Take a look at these colossal boards, dimensions up to 23 1/2 inches wide and up to a mammoth 46 feet in length, these truly are breathtaking. Sawn from the entire length of a tree trunk, these truly spectacular planks can offer wall-to-wall flooring with no end joints. The 4mm top layer of European Oak is secured to a 9/12mm core with a further 4mm balancing layer beneath.
