What to expect in your virtual showroom appointment

In a personalised virtual consultation, you’ll experience the famous Havwoods service, expertise and hospitality from the comfort of your own home or office.

After booking your appointment, our team will call to confirm your time and find out more about your project so our showroom consultant can prepare some appropriate products to view and discuss. This is also a great time to answer any questions you may have prior to your appointment. Following this brief chat, we will send you the Zoom appointment details.

On the day of your appointment, one of our Showroom Managers will call you via Zoom from one of our Australian showrooms. They will discuss your specific project needs and then take you virtually through the showroom and show you various timber solutions. You get to ask questions, mix and match products and narrow down your selection.

At the end of your consultation we will send out samples of your chosen products so you can see, touch and try them out in person.

We will then follow up get your feedback on your hand samples delivery. If you would like to see alternatives we can arrange to post these to you or if you're close by a follow up in person appointment is always an option.

OVER 300 ENGINEERED TIMBER FLOORING AND PANELLING PRODUCTS

We stock over 300 engineered and reclaimed timber flooring, panelling and veneer products. 

The samples panels in our showrooms which we share over our virtual appointment are displayed under a range of lighting to simulate different types of rooms. Our consultants have colour and interior styling training so they will show you different tones so you can clearly see variation in products. We can also include colour swatches of popular paint, tile and other products to help you decide which best suits your design concept and specifications. 

After your consult, the team send you out complimentary hand samples to view in person, which means you can be confident you’ve chosen the perfect timber for your interior.
