Designed by Mark Watson Architects, this stunning two-bedroom apartment has been renovated to create an enlarged kitchen, living and dining area alongside an extended family bathroom. 

Nestled in the centre of London, this property has recently been renovated into a stunning modern Victorian home. Using a neutral color palette, the design goal of the renovation was to increase the appearance of light and space in the home. 

Situated just a short walk from the thriving Oxford Circus underground station, this elegantly designed art deco building dates back to the 1930s and was originally built for the garment industry. It has now been exceptionally renovated into a bright contemporary office and is renowned for its attractive glass pavilion entrance.

Showcasing both Relevance50 herringbone from the Design From Havwoods collection and Relevance50 plank from our Venture Plank range, this stunning residential renovation in the cosmopolitan London borough of Wandsworth combines contemporary styling with the period detailing of the building’s Victorian heritage.

This waterfront classic home is the fourth project that the Todd Michael Glaser team has entrusted Havwoods International to deliver quality and beauty. Havwoods helped the team think outside the box with hardwood flooring planks that offer durability, sustainability and a contemporary appearance. 

The feature floor shown here uses three prime grade, oversized herringbone blocks, Fresco, Blanco and Relevance50 in the newly refurbished Ted Baker store in Kuwait and was specified after they fitted Blanco planks in their UK offices.
