The renovation brief here was to create a high end four-bedroom flat with a neutral palette in order to appeal to the widest possible market and, as is often the case, timescale and budget were restricted. The concept is minimalist and monochrome which is why Havwoods' Fendi Herringbone provided the perfect tones. We particularly like the neat use of space, where a sliding floor in the utility area opens to provide access.
