Set within the beautiful Lansdowne Garden conservation area in the heart of Stockwell, is this impressive and newly refurbished Georgian, terraced house.
Featuring HW3001 Fendi Herringbone & HW926 Fendi 1-strip straigth planks
With a traditional aesthetic in mind, the brief was to open up the existing rooms and create a functional, spacious and classic home. Each room throughout the property embraces a dark monochrome colour palette that gives the house instant wow-factor.
Havwoods’ Fendi board was chosen as the flooring solution for this project thanks to its high-class and luxurious finish yet modern traditional feel. The herringbone patterns flows beautifully throughout the lower and upper ground floors – delivering a beautiful sense of detail and cohesion. The matching Venture Plank from the Fendi range was used for the bedrooms and landings to help exude a calmer quality to the home whilst differentiating the areas in the property.
A full new kitchen was designed with striking marble and stone surfaces. The monochrome theme was carried through into the lower ground floor, with accents of brass and ironmongery to help lift and lighten the space. A mirrored drinks cabinet at the head of the dining room acts as a focal point whilst the bedroom helps ground the space and reflect the building’s true heritage.
The home is further characterised by vibrant pops of yellow and green with botanical touches to pull the scheme together. The end result is a property that has been rejuvenated and brought back to life, to be enjoyed for decades to come.
