Brisbane Showroom Grand Opening

On Thursday March 16th, we were able to welcome architects, interior designers, builders, developers, trades people and more, to long-awaited brand new Brisbane Havwoods Showroom for the Grand Opening event.
We were thrilled to see so many familiar and new faces come through the doors who were just as excited as us to see and explore our first showroom in the sunshine state of Queensland. An entry and event to remember
Upon arrival, our guests were greeted with a beautiful summer-vibes set up, featuring an ice cream stand serving Gelato Messina and matching drinks cart offering refreshing glasses of bubbles on entry.
Entering the showroom to the swinging sounds of a live music duo, our brand new Brisbane showroom did not disappoint! Gorgeously decorated with beautiful blooms in yellows, tangerines and whites with beautiful green foliage, the scent of citrus and oak in the air. Award-winning local Brisbane restaurant, Gerard’s Bistro provided delicious entrée's and appetisers that, along with drinks, were delivered to guests by courteous waitstaff throughout the evening.
SIGNATURE COCKTAILS & GIFT BAGS
Gerard’s Bistro not only created scrumptious food for the night, they also whipped up signature ‘Havwoods’ cocktails from a pop-up bar that were a huge hit with all.
To ensure everyone experienced the love we at Havwoods have for our clients and to show our appreciation for supporting our new Brisbane Showroom, gift bags were given to all guests and included lemon and citrus scented Havwoods branded candles and lime and coconut nougat from local Brisbane business, New Farm Confectionary.
Special Speeches and Honoured Guests
Oliver Beeson, our Queensland Business Development Manager, along with our Brisbane showroom Manager, Tiff Singler, both gave warm welcome speeches to open the evening. Our Havwoods Global Chief Executive Officer, Andy Barnes, who is visiting from the UK for the grand opening also gave some words as our honoured guest speaker.
CUTTING OF THE RIBBON
An official ‘cutting of the ribbon’ by Showroom Manager Tiff Singler, was the pinnacle of the night with the symbolic gesture representing both the official opening and recognition for the dedication and hard work of our team to get to this point, and the incredible support of our wonderful clients.
DELIVERING A NEW LOCAL DESIGN RESOURCE
The new showroom space was meticulously designed by the creative team at Collectivus, with the fit out by Unita. The design combines natural tones and finishes to compliment Havwoods timber products, illustrating the true beauty and unique quality of over 200 timber flooring and cladding products.
The new Brisbane location means that now our Queensland clients have the option to experience a local Havwoods Showroom that serves as a resource to you, designed to make specifying and selecting the perfect timber flooring or cladding for your project, simple and enjoyable. We welcome you to come and experience the famous Havwoods hospitality we are known for in our brand new Brisbane showroom.
