This year from 24th to 30th September, Havwoods is proud to participate in the FSC Forest Week campaign by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The theme of FSC Forest Week for 2022 is “Choose Forests. Choose FSC.” By choosing FSC-certified products, you are helping to protect forests and all the life they sustain.
Forests play a key role in combatting climate change and supporting biodiversity. Many products, including the ones we use to build and furnish our homes and places we visit, come from forests. If timber products are illegally sourced and uncertified, then this risks an unsustainable increase in deforestation.
