Plan Ahead for the Holidays - Important Dates

Wrap up your 2025 projects and get a head start on your 2026 designs. Here are some key dates to keep in mind over the holiday season to help ensure your orders arrive on time, as well as our closure and re-opening dates.

As we approach the closing chapters of 2025, the festive season offers a wonderful opportunity to pause, reflect and celebrate with loved ones. With the holidays just around the corner, we’d like to share some key dates to keep in mind for December and January.
Havwoods Holiday Closure Dates
Havwoods will be closed over the holiday season with our last day of business being Tuesday 23rd Dec, 2025.
Our showrooms in Sydney, Newcastle, and Melbourne will be open until 5pm on 23rd of December.
Our Brisbane showroom will be open until 4pm on 11th of December.
We warmly welcome you back into our showrooms in the new year from Wednesday 7th Jan, 2026.

Order Timelines
Place your order and pay in full before 12pm on the below dates to ensure delivery of your order before Tuesday 23rd, 2025.

Stair Nosings
Orders for stair nosings must be placed and paid for by 12pm on Wednesday 9th December, 2025 in order to be manufactured before the end of this year.
Online Free Samples
Free samples can be ordered via our website throughout the holiday season however please note that any samples ordered after 12pm on the Tuesday 23rd December, 2025 will be dispatched upon our reopening on the 7th January 2026. These sample orders may take a few more days to dispatch than our standard turn around, simply due to backlog. We will of course endeavour to get all sample orders out to you as soon as possible upon our return.
Dispatch of all orders will resume as normal on Wednesday 7th of January 2026.
