Plan Ahead for the Holidays - Important Dates

Wrap up your 2025 projects and get a head start on your 2026 designs. Here are some key dates to keep in mind over the holiday season to help ensure your orders arrive on time, as well as our closure and re-opening dates.

As we approach the closing chapters of 2025, the festive season offers a wonderful opportunity to pause, reflect and celebrate with loved ones. With the holidays just around the corner, we’d like to share some key dates to keep in mind for December and January.
Havwoods Holiday Closure Dates
Havwoods will be closed over the holiday season with our last day of business being Tuesday 2rd Dec, 2025.
Our showrooms in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane and Melbourne will be open until 5pm on 23rd of December.
We warmly welcome you back into our showrooms in the new year from Wednesday 7th Jan, 2026.

Order Timelines
Place your order and pay in full before 12pm on the below dates to ensure delivery of your order before December 25, 2024.
Tasmania, NT & Northern QLD - Thursday 12th December
Western Australia - Friday 13th of December
ACT, SA & Regional QLD/VIC - Tuesday 17th December
Gold Coast & Southport - Tuesday 17th December
Regional NSW, Brisbane & Melbourne - Wednesday 18th December
Sydney & Newcastle - Wednesday 18th December
Stair Nosings
Cut-off date for stair nosings to be manufactured before the end of this year is the Wednesday 4th of December, 2024
Online Free Samples
Free samples can be ordered via our website throughout the holiday season however please note that any samples ordered after 12pm on the 19.12.24 will be dispatched upon our reopening on the 6th January 2025. These orders may take a few days due to backlog. We will of course endeavour to get all sample orders out to you as soon as possible upon our return.
Dispatch of all orders will resume as normal on the 6th of January 2025.
