How do you find working with Havwoods?

Working with Havwoods is a seamless process from start to finish. We are very like-minded as we both pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to our customers. Working with excellent quality products ensures that I have a customer at the end of the project that is extremely satisfied.

Having installed many types of TIMBER flooring PRODUCTS, WHAT ARE HAVWOODS' PRODUCTS LIKE TO WORK WITH?

In the 5 years that I have been installing a multitude of different flooring types, I have not had a single issue with the product supplied by Havwoods. Both click-system and tongue and groove systems are of the highest standard and very easy to install.

What are your thoughts on Havwoods’ availability of stock, delivery method and timing?

I can’t think of a time that stock has been an issue. Even when the customer increases their order, Havwoods has it in stock more often than not. And It is always delivered on-time and in the correct amounts. All of this is very important as I am managing many other projects and need to ensure it's installed by the project deadline.

How would your clients rate their Havwoods Showroom experience?

I typically send my clients to one of the Havwoods showrooms as the range they have is simply breathtaking. I am always confident that my clients will walk out knowing exactly what they want. The feedback I get is that the showroom staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about making sure my customers are happy.

How do you find Havwoods payment options?

My clients love the range of payment options. ZipPay is very appealing to them as they can pay their purchase off interest free!

What advantages do you find when installing Havwoods engineered flooring over other suppliers?

I have worked with different wood flooring suppliers in the past and to be honest, most of their product are made in China and very poor quality. I was constantly returning to site due to replacing defective boards. Havwoods timber engineered flooring is mainly European made and of a very high quality. They simply stand head and shoulders above any other wood flooring I have installed.
