Grand Opening Event - Havwoods South Yarra Showroom

Thursday November 10th saw nearly 250 architects, interior designers, builders, developers, trades people and more, come through the doors of our brand new South Yarra Havwoods Showroom for our Grand Opening event.
We were thrilled to see so many familiar and new faces just as excited as us to see and explore our new showroom. Complete with pop up bar, live music, and gift boxes, the night was a great success! Read more and see the event photos!
An entry and event to remember
Upon arrival, our guests were led to the entrance via a luxurious red carpet and greeted on arrival by the upbeat tunes by live band Paint the Town.
The showroom was gorgeously decorated with oversized and bountiful bouquets of stunning flowers and fresh fruit. Piles of delicious donuts by Bistro Morgan were stacked ready for guests to take away, and delicious entrée's, appetisers and drinks were delivered by courteous waitstaff throughout the evening.
SIGNATURE COCKTAILS & LUXURIOUS GIFT BOXES
Local gin distillery, Four Pillars, whipped up signature ‘Havwoods’ cocktails from a pop-up bar that were a huge hit with all. Gift boxes for all guests ensured everyone experienced the love Havwoods have for our clients and appreciation for supporting our new South Yarra Showroom.
A SHOWROOM WITH YOU AT ITS HEART
Jonathan Whiley, Sales Director, was joined by Havwoods Austrtalia’s APAC Managing Director, Megan Pyziakos, to open the evening with a welcome speech, followed by moving words from Brent Calow, Strategic Accounts Manager, and South Yarra’s Showroom Manager, Helen Theofanous. Helen reiterated the important message that the showroom is “for you”.
CUTTING OF THE RIBBON
An official ‘cutting of the ribbon’ by Helen and Jessica Lantry, Head of Marketing, was the pinnacle of the night with the symbolic gesture representing both the official opening and the incredible growth Havwoods has experienced to get to this point through the dedication and hard work of our team, and the incredible support of our wonderful clients.
DELIVERING A DESIGN COMMUNITY HUB
The new showroom space was meticulously designed by the creative team at Collectivus, with the fit out by Unita. The design combines natural tones and finishes to compliment Havwoods timber products, illustrating the true beauty and unique quality of over 200 timber flooring and cladding products.
The new South Yarra location means that not only can you source your perfect Havwoods engineered timber flooring or cladding, but ease of access to surrounding build and furnishing brands offering tile, carpet, fireplaces and more, make it a hub for the design community.

Thank you to all who attended our South Yarra Showroom grand opening and to all those behind the scenes who helped make it happen, we couldn't have done it with out you.
