1. Promoter

This competition is run by Havwoods Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 91 002 824 395), referred to as “the Promoter” in these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The competition opens at 9:00am AEST on Saturday 6th September, 2025.
• Entries close at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 6th September, 2025.
• Entries received outside these times will not be accepted.

4. How To Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Complete the entry form available at havwoods.com/au/saturday-indesign.
2. Sign up to the Havwoods e-newsletter to receive inspiration, industry insights, and design expertise delivered fortnightly to their inbox.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a $300 Marmelo restaurant dining voucher.
• Voucher terms and conditions are set by Marmelo and must be adhered to.
• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

(Note: Free Havwoods timber sample kits are available as a separate offer and are not part of this competition prize.)

6. Prize Draw & Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random at Havwoods Australia, no later than 5pm AEST, Wednesday10th September, 2025.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided within five (5) business days of the draw.
• If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Marketing & Privacy

• By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Havwoods. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
• Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

1. General Conditions

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
