1. Promoter

This competition is run by Havwoods Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 91 002 824 395), referred to as “the Promoter” in these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on Monday 29th June, 2026 and entries close at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 31st August, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
• Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who complete the 2026 Havwoods Wood Book Survey in full during the Promotion Period.
• Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How To Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the 2026 Havwoods Wood Book Survey in full, available at havwoods.com/au/wood-book-survey/.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize

• There are five (5) prizes to be won.
• Each prize consists of one (1) $100AUD electronic gift card (eGift Card).
• The total prize pool is valued at $500AUD.
• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw and Notification

• This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.
• The winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or before 5pm AEST Friday 4th September 2026 at the Promoter's offices. 
• Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their survey submission within five (5) business days of the draw. 
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within seven (7) days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the unclaimed prize. 
• The winners' first name and surname initial may also be published in the Havwoods fortnightly newsletter in September 2026. 
• The eGift Cards will be emailed to the winners using the email address supplied in their survey response. 

7. Marketing and Privacy

• By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting winners, and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
• Participants who sign up to marketing communications prior to, or as part of the Wood Book Survey agree to receive email communications from Havwoods. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
• Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
• If the promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion. 
• The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
