Upper West Side homeowners sought after a space they could rework and personalize to fit their personalities and lifestyle. The work included necessary mechanical upgrades, coupled with beautiful finishing touches such as herringbone floors, lighting fixtures and stone finishes, and custom millwork throughout the home.  

Located in the prestigious suburb of Sydney's Double Bay, the owners of this 90s apartment desired an updated design to deliver a balance between the demands of family life and the creation of an rich and immersive experience, resembling that of a design-centric hotel. Studio Prineas answered the brief with a stunning palette of rich and bold textures and colour choices.
