Futurespace and Schiavello was tasked create a remarkable office space for 8,000 Reece employees while being able to weave in the themes that resonate with the company’s core values and connections while showcasing their brand. The resulting design is an exceptional experience centre, which has been aptly named ‘The Works’.   

The design intricately incorporates elements inspired by water and plumbing, including copper pipes and reflective surfaces that evoke the fluidity and essence of water. For this project, Havwoods Aspen Raw timber flooring was selected for its perfect tone and unique grain characteristics. These pre-finished engineered boards provide numerous benefits that the design and construction team found appealing, including the advantage of eliminating both pre- and post-preparation requirements, resulting in significant time and cost savings during the installation process. 

The Central Elements head office in Northern Sydney stands as a shining example of luxury and functionality, embodying an office design that truly reflects its purpose. Crafted by Frankly Interior Design  and expertly executed by BCM Australia, this open-plan workspace radiates sophistication, with meticulous attention given to every detail to foster comfort and collaboration. Highlighting the elegance of the environment is the durable Havwoods Mosman Herringbone flooring from the V Collection, which enhances the space with its rich brunette hues and matte lacquer finish, seamlessly blending style and practicality. 

With their expansive awninged sliding doors, Bridge 17 by Smart Design Studio is the epitome of functional workplace design. 

The impressive vaulted ceilings, finished in pristine white, serve as a striking contrast to the smoky grey timber accents. Collaborating closely with Havwoods, Smart Design Studio and Calida selected Taize from the PurePanel range for the timber joinery and paneling throughout the office. This choice elegantly complements the warm timber flooring, Fendi, from Havwoods’ Venture Plank range, resulting in a harmonious design that enhances both beauty and functionality. 

This former warehouse, beautifully transformed into a modern contemporary office in the heart of Sydney CBD, stands out as one of our absolute favorite spaces— and it’s not hard to see why.  

One of the highlights of this remarkable office is the use of Cambria from our Henley Range. Each plank is meticulously crafted, showcasing a stunning combination of distressed and rustic finishes that imbue the space with a unique character and charm. This careful selection adds depth and texture, telling a rich narrative that resonates throughout the commercial area, all while maintaining the integrity of the state heritage building it resides in. 

Transforming the Daisho Brisbane head office’s existing lobby into a versatile common space for building tenants required blending together a variety of complementary elements throughout the entire space. Kate Abbett of WallaceBrice Architecture needed to make sure that every corner of this Brisbane commercial gem exudes warmth and invitation.  

The team turned to the FSC® certified (C009500) PurePlank range, ultimately selecting Maison timber flooring for its gorgeous blonde tones, impeccable durability in high-traffic zones and its remarkable ability to be sanded if needed, ensuring a longer lifespan for the product.  

This Queensland office transformation showcases a blend of high-end materials and bespoke finishes, creating a luxurious environment. Archway selected Havwoods Pallido herringbone flooring, which enhances the space with elegance and sophistication while beautifully complementing the overall design. The addition of timber flooring brightens the otherwise dark space, introducing warmth to the moody palette. Custom-made office furniture in soft blue velvet accents further elevates the aesthetic, harmonizing seamlessly with the warm tones of the herringbone flooring. Located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, 555 Collins Street exemplifies metropolitan elegance through its thoughtfully designed multi-office spaces. Studio 103 and Shape collaborated with Charter Hall to create an inviting lift lobby and unique offices across two expansive levels. Each space showcases its own distinct character while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic, primarily through the strategic use of timber elements in the design, including ceiling battening and Havwoods flooring. The selection of products, such as the smokey grey Bandol Midi and blonde-toned Wycombe, ensures durability and acoustic comfort, making each workspace inviting and functional. The result is a sophisticated environment that enhances both form and function. 

Situated in the heart of Sydney, QBE's office features a spacious social area designed to enhance interaction between employees and customers. Group GSA undertook the challenge to create a multipurpose environment that embodies the sophistication and professionalism of the QBE brand while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.  

Key to this design is the FSC® certified Clermont timber flooring from Havwoods’ PurePlank range, which integrates seamlessly throughout the space. The blonde-brown tones of Clermont not only add natural warmth but also ensure durability and practicality. Its brushed and matt lacquered finish meets the demands of a high-traffic commercial space, elevating QBE's welcoming appeal.
