Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Cumbria is the luxurious Penrith residential new build. Made up of four bespoke bedrooms, the detached house comprises a traditional sandstone exterior, an attached sunroom and high-quality fixtures and fittings for added appeal. 

This Brooklyn renovation is proof that Minimalism is a powerful design theme. The project was brought to life by B Interior, a sophisticated residential design firm based in New York. Their design vision is simple, uncluttered spaces where the architectural features and materials are the focal point of the space. Studio Doherty, in collaboration with building designer Ari Alexander, completed a dynamic refurbishment to accommodate the evolving needs of a young family. With the challenge of expanding on the existing site, the only solution was to go up - adding two bedrooms, an extra bathroom and rumpus space. The design brief for Harold Street Gallery, presented the opportunity to conceptualise a versatile gallery space capable of functioning as a workspace, studio, and event venue. The goal was to establish a more enduring and adaptable environment, with a focus on minimising environmental impact and revolutionising the approach to selling off-the-plan properties. This unified hub features high-quality public spaces, including boardrooms and reception areas. Notable design considerations includes the stunning foundation of Havwoods' sustainable Blanco 13 timber flooring, blending seamlessly with polished concrete for a harmonious workspace.
