For designers and consumers who love all things French, Versailles is Havwoods’ range of parquetry that directly imitates and invokes the opulent floors of the French palace of Versailles.
Engineered herringbone and chevron floors
Herringbone and chevron flooring are two types of parquetry. Laid in a criss-crossed arrangement, herringbone timber floors are perhaps the most popular form of parquetry, used in both modern and classic design concepts. Chevron, however, is a “V” shaped zigzag pattern, known for creating a sense of movement in a space.
